What does the Hillcrest Investment Property do?

Hillcrest Investment Property was founded to provide investors with a comprehensive, end-to-end property investment solution. We work one-on-one with our clients to help them achieve maximum results from their property portfolios, and to reach their investment goals with confidence.

Each investment property that is presented to our clients undergoes our extensive due diligence process. This helps to ensure that our investors receive the best possible properties with the lowest amount of risk.

When I register, what happens then?

After you register your details with us you will be contacted by one of our property consultants who will take you through a complimentary portfolio review. This will help to establish your current investment position and develop an effective plan going forward.

Does it cost anything to register?

Do you source Off-Plan properties?

The majority of the properties we source are Off-Plan, and have a development period of between 6 to 24 months.

What does Off-Plan mean?

Off-Plan properties are those that have not yet been constructed. A developer usually purchases the block of land, has various plans and construction formats designed and submits these for local planning approval. Once this approval has been obtained, investors are often invited to purchase properties "off the plan".

What are the advantages of purchasing Off-Plan properties?

Prices are often under market value when purchasing off-plan due to the speculative nature of the investment. Capital growth also occurs during the construction period of the property, increasing its value even further. Often only a small deposit is required upon reservation, thus creating increased leverage with your investment capital.

What happens if you go out of business?

Even though this is very unlikely, it is a good question. Because Hillcrest acts as an intermediary between our clients and the developers, your investment is always secure. The purchase contracts are always drawn up between you and the property developer. These are legally binding contracts which the developer cannot withdraw from even if we no longer exist. Hillcrest is committed to conducting business in a sound, secure & professional manner and it is our utmost priority that your investment is protected at all times and in any circumstance.
