The majority of the properties we source are Off-Plan, and have a development period of between 6 to 24 months.
Off-Plan properties are those that have not yet been constructed. A developer usually purchases the block of land, has various plans and construction formats designed and submits these for local planning approval. Once this approval has been obtained, investors are often invited to purchase properties "off the plan".
Prices are often under market value when purchasing off-plan due to the speculative nature of the investment. Capital growth also occurs during the construction period of the property, increasing its value even further. The purchase contracts are always drawn up between you and the property developer. These are legally binding contracts which the developer cannot withdraw from even if we no longer exist.
