One of the most important aspects of property investing to consider is your Exit Strategy. Many investors get so swept up in the whole buying process that they never stop and think about how they intend to eventually exit from their investment. This is a crucial part of the process, and should never be overlooked. You need to consider the following:

  • What is the Exit Strategy for this investment?
  • Does it suit your plan?
  • Who can you on-sell your property to?
  • Is there an adequate resale market?
  • If not, how long before this is a viable option?
